Spangenberg School of Business

The University has received financial gifts designated toward the construction of a building to house the Spangenberg School of Business. This growing academic school continues to attract record enrollment and increased community engagement, underscoring the need for additional instructional and collaborative space. The estimated cost of the project is 
$650,000, or $120 per foot plus contingency. The proposed project will proceed in phases, with the construction timeline determined by the continued success of our fundraising efforts. 

Phase 1: Foundation, Site Work, and Preconstruction
Phase 2: Dry it in 
Phase 3: Finishing 

The BUF Board of Trustees approved the fundraising efforts for this project in October 2025.
